PETER SALISBURY, CIHM

Director of Housing Consultancy

Pete heads up our housing consultancy service and has over 25 years of experience in the sector. He has worked directly for housing associations in a variety of roles, as well as having extensive interim management and consultancy experience. 

 

He specialises in property safety compliance and repairs issues and is Manifest Consulting’s lead property safety governance trainer.

GARETH REXWORTHY

Director

A founding director of Manifest, Gareth is an experienced IT consultant within the affordable housing sector.

 

An expert business analyst and technical implementer, he has a strong background in project management and IT training.

ELLEN HUMPHRIES

Principle Housing Technology Consultant

As an IT consultant with more than 30-years background in housing and local government, Ellen is an experienced housing system implementer and customiser.

 

Her specialisms include advanced bespoke system development, business application support, project management and service delivery. She is a module expert across all parts of the housing service.

OPHELIA MICHAEL

Housing IT Support Consultant

Ophelia worked for several housing associations in customer service and complaint handling before joining Manifest. 

 

She manages our service desk, provides technical user support and training across all areas of housing management systems, as well as working on improvement projects.

CHARLIE WILLENBROCK

Director

As well as being an IT specialist, Charlie has particular experience and knowledge of the management of repairs & maintenance and rent arrears services in housing providers.

 

He works on service review and redesign projects, as well as the application of technology improvements.

Senior Housing Technology Consultant

Andy is an IT consultant who has worked in the affordable housing sector for more than 25 years, for a mix of housing associations and local authorities.

 

He specialises in application implementation, project management, systems support and technical problem-solving.

RELE JAMES

Senior Asset & Property Management Consultant

With over a decade of experience in the affordable housing sector, Rele is a property professional focused on creating safe and compliant living spaces.

 

Her specific areas of expertise include contracts management, project management, asset management and property compliance, as well as data analysis.
