Manifest developed a new IT strategy and delivery programme to meet the business needs of East End Homes, a community-led registered provider of social housing and charity; designing a modernised application portfolio and controlling costs while strengthening its strategic partnership with its main software suppliers.
East End Homes benefitted from our team’s extensive knowledge and experience across all aspects of housing sector IT services. This allowed us to understand and interpret its specific needs in a way that readily led to a meaningful, achievable strategy without the generic ‘business-speak’ hallmarks all too common in this type of document.
A comprehensive review of extant business plans and other material was completed, operational and management staff interviewed, applications and infrastructure suppliers liaised with, technology options assessed and costs analysed.
All this was brought together with other considerations including day-to-day IT issues, security and risk management to produce a strategy and delivery programme presented to the leaders of the organisation.
In addition, we acted on behalf of East End Homes to negotiate good terms for new products with suppliers, as well as to resolve certain tactical issues affecting the organisation.
