Tandridge District Council have adopted the Manifest Arrears printing solution, which enables the creation of editable letters, custom fields, EDM storage in their housing system and follow me printing! Read more:

The benefits include:

  • Fully customised letters
  • Letters can be viewed and edited before submission (MS Word)
  • Printing on any printer (including pull printing such as Follow Me)
  • A copy of the letter can be viewed after creation and sent to your integrated EDM system
  • The ability to send the letter by email
  • The option to save the letter for completion at a later date
  • Custom fields from any other part of the housing system (recently we added the ability to show all household members)
  • Custom fields that do not exist in the standard process
