Manifest to host first ever Customer & Building Safety Seminar: Why compliance is no longer enough!

On the 21st November our first Customer & Building Safety Seminar will take place at The House of St Barnabas in London. Bringing together industry experts, the event will be an opportunity to discuss how the housing sector is tackling compliance and why it is no longer enough.

Sector experts and colleagues will be talking about the journey to move Registered Providers beyond straightforward statutory compliance to a more comprehensive Customer & Building Safety Service providing safer homes for residents.

Lively presentations are set to include:

  • The Hyde Group’s story on how they are managing fire safety beyond just statutory compliance
  • Origin Housing’s view on recruitment and ensuring that the sector is hiring and developing the right skills for the future.
  • And our view on why compliance is simply no longer enough.
